Celebrating Our 6th Anniversary with a Special Michelin Menu For This September (Extended Till End Oct)

To show appreciation to all of our supporters throughout these years, our executive Chef Haikal Johari has specially curated this year’s anniversary menu that showcases some of three Michelin-starred Amador’s signature dishes that offer insight into the restaurant’s roots. The dishes were created from his memories when he was working with Chef Juan Amador, who is regarded as one of the world’s best chefs as well as his own curations.

About Haikal Johari

Handpicked by Chef Amador to spearhead the restaurant in 2016, Singaporean Chef Haikal interprets Chef Amador’s style with modern European techniques along with a selection of Asian ingredients and spices to bridge between the East and West. Together, the chefs achieve the quintessence of the restaurant’s name Alma, which means “soul” in Spanish, by offering unforgettable dining experiences, shared over meaningful conversations that delight the soul.

About Juan Amador

Being known as one of the best chefs in the world, German-born Juan Amador is one of the few chefs to be awarded three Michelin stars in quick succession. Amador opened his first own restaurant in Langen, Hesse in 2004 which received a star just one year later. In 2006, they received their second star, and in 2007 he was officially a 3-Michelin-star chef. In 2011, he relocated to a completely different setting in Mannheim, Germany, and then to Vienna, Austria which he became the first locale to receive three Michelin stars for his restaurant where it is currently located and still retaining the stars.
