Having cooked in some of the finest restaurants in the region, Singaporean Executive Chef Haikal Johari creates exceptional modern-European dishes with Asian influences.

Deeply inspired by Japanese cuisine, Chef Haikal marries his training in European cuisine with hearty Asian flavours and ingredients to create titillating dishes that are exhilarating and familiar, all at once. Fresh, seasonal produce is specially flown in from different parts of the world for Chef Haikal’s exciting creations.

Alma offers a great value 3-course set lunch starting from only $49++ which is great for corporate lunches or a mid-week treat in the bustling Orchard area. Diners can enjoy exceptional ambience both in the spacious restaurant, as well as outdoors on the lounge terrace with bar.

Experience is a never-ending memory. Lever up by pairing your meal with our selection of exquisite wines and a range (more than 200 labels of) Whiskies, Cognac and Armagnac are also available by the glass or bottle.

Alma’s wines are specially curated by our experienced in-house sommelier. Our wines are shipped in twice a year directly from supplier, offering the best wine prices in the market for connoisseurs.

Wine lovers will get to enjoy wines from New to Old World, an array of wines on display for selection. Whether is it wine by the glass or premium wines from Burgundy, California, Italy and Bordeaux, these are readily available to pair with the cuisine of ALMA. Be delighted to also discover a wide range of American wines, many of which are highly-rated fine wines including “Screaming Eagle” which has an option serving by the glass along with Screaming Eagle’s “Second Flight”.
