About Chef Hüseyin Turan

Sparkled through a German television program where 3 Michelin-starred chef Juan Amador was whipping up a ‘dessert storm’ using molecular cuisine techniques, Chef Hüseyin Turan has fallen in love with dessert creations since young.

He went on to pursue certification at the German vocation institute ‘Berufsschule’ with a ‘dual system’ of professional training. In 2007, he started his journey working for chef Amador as a trainee in Spain before rotating at various stations in Turkey, Istanbul, and Barcelona as well as Zuma Restaurants.

Fast forward, together with chef Amador, Chef Turan, and his team started the “House on the Moon” dessert project mockup in Sri Lanka before landing in Great World City Singapore.
