Our Executive Chef Yew Eng Tong, who is also the Singapore National Culinary Team coach, has created a 6-course menu of dishes inspired by Singaporean signature favourites…such as Blue Lobster ‘ngoh hiang’ and Crispy Amadai ‘fish curry’.
