Subtlety and Elegance.
Delicacy and Complexity.
Notes of ripe fruit and floral are fused with characters acquired by their malolactic fermentation and long aging.
Thanks to its underwater aging for a year at more than 40 meters deep it has acquired, in addition to a spicy background with creamy and balsamic notes, a mineral finish and memories.
The underwater aging has concentrated its elegance, with polished tannins of ripe fruit and at the same time has maintained its refreshing notes, increasing the feeling of fruity and varietal power.
